  On August 16, Venus and the Sun were in superior conjunction, culminating her 60 day disappearance.  In alchemical language, this is the veiling period while Venus prepares for her transformation into Evening Star.  After the energetic rush of the Morning Star phase, Venus is now less active, more thoughtful, in her Evening Star phase.  Here
